Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of copywriting and editing services by PrandAnna ("Provider") to the client ("Client"). By engaging PrandAnna, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
PrandAnna offers professional copywriting, editing, and content strategy services tailored to business needs. Services may include website copy, marketing materials, brand storytelling, and other written content as agreed upon.
3. Engagement and Scope
All projects will be confirmed in writing, outlining the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and fees. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted based on project scope and complexity. A deposit may be required prior to commencement. Final payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.
5. Revisions
PrandAnna offers up to two rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables. PrandAnna retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
PrandAnna agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Client. This obligation continues beyond the termination of the engagement.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Liability
PrandAnna will deliver work to a professional standard but does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
Professional conduct
We expect all our customers to engage with us in a professional manner. This includes respectful communication, providing clear briefs, and adhering to agreed-upon deadlines. We reserve the right to refuse service if these standards are not met.
Limitation of liability
PrandAnna provides copywriting services to the best of its ability, leveraging our experienced writer's Master's Degree and research expertise. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We recommend seeking professional legal advice for specific disclaimers relevant to your business.
Intellectual property
All content created by PrandAnna for our clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment and cancellations
Payment for our services is required upon requesting our services. Refunds will be offered at the discretion of PrandAnna only if it is reasonable to expect. Any request for cancellation of services must be submitted in writing to [[email]].
